摘要
结合铝青铜材质的元素组成、激光加工技术的特点配制了高硬度的激光熔覆粉末,实现了铝青铜合金的改性处理。结果表明,铝青铜与熔覆层实现了良好的化学冶金结合;熔覆层硬度略高于铝青铜,其摩擦磨损性能与铝青铜材质相当。
Combined with element composition of aluminum bronze alloy and characteristics of laser processing technology, the laser cladding powder with high hardness was obtained. Then, the modification treatment of aluminum bronze alloy was realized. The results show that the excellent chemical metallurgical bonding between cladding coating and substrate is realized. The hardness of cladding layer is higher than that of aluminum bronze alloy. The wear resistance of cladding coating is basically equal with that of aluminum bronze alloy.
