摘要
采用拉伸试验和差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析,研究了预时效对6016铝合金烘烤硬化性及抗时效稳定性的影响。结果表明:预时效温度、时间对抑制合金自然时效以及提高其烘烤硬化效果具有重要影响;自然时效对烘烤硬化具有不利影响,自然时效时间越长,合金烘烤前的屈服强度越高,烘烤硬化效果越差。
The effects of pre-aging on bake hardening ability and natural aging stability of aluminum alloy 6016 were investigated by tensile test and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis. The results show that the temperature and time of the pre-aging have important influence on the inhibition of natural aging of the alloy and improving its bake hardening effect. Natural aging has an adverse effect on bake hardening. The longer the natural aging time, the higher the yield strength of the alloy before bake and the worse the bake hardening effect.
