摘要
建立了直齿圆柱齿轮淬火过程的数学模型,采用Ansys软件对其淬火温度场进行了数值模拟,分析了不同初始水温齿轮淬火过程的温度场、应力场。结果表明:在淬火过程中,圆柱齿轮齿心温度最高,齿顶温度最低,齿顶与齿心存在较大温差,冷却层深入轮齿内部,应力集中在齿根部位。结果能为研究齿轮热处理规律提供有益帮助。
The mathematical model of the quenching process of straight tooth cylindrical gear was established. The quenching temperature field was numerically simulated by Ansys software. Temperature field and stress field of the gear in the quenching process with different initial water temperatures were analyzed. The results show that in the quenching process, the tooth core temperature of the cylindrical gear is the highest, and tooth top temperature is lowest. There is a big difference between the tooth crown and the tooth core. The cooling layer is deep inside the gear teeth, and the stress concentration is at the root part. The results can provide useful help for the study of heat treatment of the gear.
