我国体育行业上市公司分红与经营绩效研究

Research on the Dividend Payment and Operating Performance of Listed Companies in Sports Industry in China

以我国体育行业15家上市公司2001-2013年财务数据为基础,利用OLS回归法对体育行业上市公司分红与经营绩效的关系进行了研究.研究发现:1)体育行业上市公司当年经营绩效与公司当年分红金额之间存在正相关关系,即公司经营绩效越好,分红越多;2)体育行业上市公司当年分红金额与下一年经营绩效之间存在正相关关系,即当年公司分红越多,该公司下一年的经营绩效也会得到改善.研究结果验证了体育行业上市公司的分红政策及其有效性.

The thesis is based on the financial data of the 15 listed companies in sports industry in China from 2001 to 2013.It makes use of OLS regression method to research the relationship between the dividend payment and operating performances of sports industry listed companies.Through the research the article found that：1）There is a positive correlation between operating performance and dividend payment in current year for sports listed companies,which means that the better the performances,the more dividend payments.2）There is a positive correlation between the dividend payment of sports companies in current year and the enterprise performance of next year,which means the more dividend payments the company has in current year,the more improvements the enterprise performance will get the next year.The research verifies the effectiveness of dividend payment policy in sports listed companies.
