熔体直接反应法制备Al-Ti-O复合细化剂的研究

摘要 采用Al-Ti O2系熔体直接反应法制备Al-Ti-O复合细化剂,分析了半固态剪切时间和反应温度对Al-Ti O2系反应产物的影响,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等方法观察分析了Al-Ti-O复合细化剂的物相组成及显微组织结构,并且与传统Al-5Ti中间合金细化效果对比。结果表明:熔体反应法制备的Al-Ti-O复合细化剂反应产物主要由Al3Ti和Al2O3颗粒组成,当半固态剪切时间为15 min、反应温度为900℃时,反应产物中Al3Ti为块状物,Al2O3为弥散分布的细小颗粒。新型Al-Ti-O复合细化剂对纯铝的细化效果明显优于Al-5Ti中间合金。 A1-Ti-O compound refiner was fabricated by direct melt reaction method of A1-TiO2 system, and the effects ofshearing time in semi-solid state and reaction temperature on A1-TiO2 system reaction product were analyzed. The phasecomposition and microstructure of A1-Ti-O compound refiner were investigated by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electronmicroscopy. The refmement effect of compound refiner was compared with that of traditional A1-5Ti grain refiner. The resultsshow that the reaction product of A1-Ti-O compound refiner are composed of A13Ti and A1203 particles. With 15 minutes ofshearing time and 900℃ of reaction temperature, A13Ti phase are block shape, and the fine A1203 particles are uniformlydistributed in matrix. The refinement effect of AI-Ti-O compound refiner is obviously better than that of A1-5Ti grain refiner.
