焊接工艺参数对2024铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接特性影响的研究

摘要 采用搅拌摩擦焊对2024铝合金进行焊接试验,研究了其焊接工艺参数中添加不同环氧树脂含量的碳化硅粉末、搅拌头旋转速度对焊缝成形、宏观组织、微观组织和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:当添加剂为碳化硅+20wt%环氧树脂时,能够较好地成形,焊缝硬度较高,具有更佳的性能;同时搅拌摩擦焊搅拌头的转速对焊件影响较大,转速越高时焊缝表面越光滑,"洋葱瓣"越不明显,本试验中当搅拌头转速在800 r/min时,碳化硅粉末与母材混合较好,分布均匀。研究结果为改善铝合金搅拌摩擦焊焊接接头的力学性能提供了必要的理论依据和试验依据。 Welding test of 2024 aluminum alloy by friction stir welding was carried out, and the effects of different epoxyresin contents in the sililon carbide and rotating speed on weld forming, macrostructure, microstructure and mechanicalproperties were investigated.The results show that when the additive is silicon carbide and 20wt% epoxy resin, the weldhardness is high, and the performance is good. The rotating speed of stirring head has great influence on weldment. The higherthe rotating speed is, the smoother the weld surface is and the "onion" is also not obvious. In the experiment, when the rotatingspeed of stirring head is 800 r/min, the silicon carbide powder is mixed with the base metal very well. The results providetheoretical and experimental bases for improving the mechanical properties of the FSW joint of aluminum alloy.
