摘要
采用铸造模拟仿真软件对铸钢框架的铸造工艺进行了数值模拟,分析了铸造充型过程的温度场、流场,预测了铸件缩孔缺陷。采用加冷铁提高厚大部位的冷却速度。进行了生产验证,消除了铸件的缩孔缺陷。
Numerical simulation of casting process of cast steel frame was carried out by using casting simulationsoftware. The temperature and velocity fields during filling process were analyzed, and the porosity defects were predicted.Increase the cooling rate of thick large parts by adding chills. The production verification was carried out, and the porositydefects were eliminated.
