摘要
针对某油田一起管式泵柱塞断裂失效事故,采用化学成分分析、金相分析、断口形貌分析、腐蚀产物分析等方法,系统研究了该管式泵柱塞断裂原因。结果表明:该柱塞断裂属于腐蚀疲劳断裂,柱塞在斜轧穿孔过程中形成的大量内表面折叠缺陷是诱发腐蚀疲劳断裂的主要原因。
Aiming at the fracture failure accident of tubular pump plunger in an oil field, the fracture reason of the plungerpump was investigated systematically by means of chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, fracture morphology analysisand corrosion products analysis. The results show the plunger fracture belongs to corrosion fatigue fracture, and a largenumber of inner-surface fold defects formed in the cross piercing process are main causes of induced corrosion fatiguefracture.
