摘要
结合我国电力设施抗震设计规范(GB 50260—2013),试验数据及有限元模型,对高压电气设备法兰胶装节点弯曲刚度进行研究。采用有限元方法对500kV氧化锌避雷器建立三种不同模型,计算对比三种模型,研究法兰节点弯曲刚度。提出法兰节点刚度EI的修正系数,提供一种新的建立法兰胶装节点有限元模型的方法。
The porcelain post insulators used in high voltage electrical equipment in the power grids engineering is easily damaged in earthquake. According to the Code for seismic design of electrical installations(GB 50260-2013)and 500kV metal oxide arrester, the bending stiffness of flange joints of high-voltage electrical equipment support is studied and discussed in this paper. Three different models of 500kV metal oxide arrester are built through the finite element method for modal analysis.According to different modal values, the detection method about the bending stiffness of flange joints is established. A new method for establishing the finite element model of the adhesive binding flange Joints is proposed. The correction factor of the stiffness EI is proposed.
