电涌保护器老化监测指标对比研究 被引量:4

Comparative Study about Index of SPD Aging Monitoring

摘要 电涌保护器(SPD)对于电力系统抑制过电压有着重要作用。但SPD在使用过程中会发生老化现象,因此需要挑选指标对SPD老化程度进行监测。针对目前存在的两种不同类型的监测指标效果问题,通过Matlab仿真计算,对两种监测指标监测效果进行对比研究。结果表明:(1)基波电压作用下基波阻性电流和三次谐波阻性电流均随着SPD老化呈现指数上升趋势。(2)全波电压下产生的基波阻性电流和三次谐波阻性电流SPD老化程度和谐波电压初相位呈现正相关。(3)利用基波电压作用下基波阻性电流和三次谐波阻性电流实现对SPD的老化监测更加优于利用全波电压下基波阻性电流和三次谐波组性电流。 Surge protection devices(SPD) play an important role in the power system for restraining overvoltage. But the SPD will aging in the process of using,it is needed to select indicators for monitoring the aging condition of the SPD. Aiming at the existence of two different types of monitoring index effect problem, through Matlab simulation and calculation, the effect of the two kinds of monitoring indicators monitoring is comparatively studied. Results show that:(1)the fundamental harmonic resistant current and the third harmonic resistant current which under the fundamental voltage present index rising trend with the SPD aging under the fundamental voltage;(2)the fundamental harmonic resistant current and the third harmonic resistant current which under the full voltage be a positive correlation with the SPD aging and the harmonic voltage phase;(3)use the fundamental harmonic resistant current and the third harmonic resistant current which under the fundamental voltage to monitoring the SPD's aging is better than that using the fundamental harmonic resistant current and the third harmonic resistant current which under the full voltage.
