摘要
为研究全轻混凝土材料的基本力学性能和破坏特征,以页岩陶粒为轻粗骨料、页岩陶砂为轻细骨料进行LC30、LC35级全轻混凝土配合比设计,对配制而成的全轻混凝土干表观密度、立方体抗压强度、抗折强度、劈拉强度、轴心抗压强度及弹性模量进行试验研究。试验结果表明,配制的全轻混凝土受压时的破坏面内为轻骨料断裂破坏、断面较平整,表现出良好的塑性变形能力和破坏形态,为进一步深入研究全轻混凝土结构抗震体系奠定理论基础。
The experiment were conducted to research the basic mechanical properties and damage characteristics of the all-lightweight aggregate concrete.With the shale ceramsite as light coarse aggregate and the shale pottery as light fine aggregate, designed the all-lightweight aggregate concrete mixing proportion of the level LC30 and LC35.Researching and testing the dry apparent density, cube compressive strength, bending strength, splitting-tension strength, axial compressive strength and modulus of elasticity of that made up.The experiment results show that the failure surface is lightweight aggregate fracture damage and the breaking cross-section is relatively flat of the all-lightweight aggregate concrete under compression.It show a good capability of plastic deformation and destruction form, play a theoret- ical foundation for further in-depth research of the all-lightweight aggregate concrete structure seismic system.
