摘要
试验以轻集料混凝土为研究对象,考虑水灰比、废玻璃代砂率、塑钢纤维掺量、钢纤维体积掺量4个因素,采用L9(34)正交表进行试验设计,找出各因素对轻集料混凝土抗压强度影响的主次关系。在考虑主要因素的前提下,再采用二次曲面响应法,对试验进行进一步优化设计,运用回归分析和方差分析的方法建立了废玻璃-层布式杂纤维轻集料混凝土标准抗压强度轴心抗压强度的多元回归公式并验证了其可用性,得到了废玻璃—层布式杂纤维轻集料混凝土的优化配合比。
Experiment with lightweight aggregate concrete as the research object, considering the water cement ratio, waste glass sand ratio, model steel fiber content, steel fiber volume content as the experiment' s four factors, using L9( 34) orthogonal table as test design, the primary and secondary relations of the compressive strength of lightweight aggregate concrete will be found.Then using response quadric surface design under the premise of considering the main factors.The standard compressive strength and axial compressive strength of waste glass-layer cloth type hybrid fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete's multiple regression formulas are established by regression analysis and variance analysis.Multiple regression formulas are available.The optimizing the mixture ratio of waste glass-layer cloth type hybrid fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete is acquired by this experimental study.
