摘要
基于复合水泥的水化机理,采用超细硅酸盐水泥复配高强双快高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥82.5形成的复合水泥,结合改性玄武岩纤维,通过化学发泡的方法形成的超轻复合水泥发泡保温板,干密度:120 kg/m^3、导热系数:0.048 W/(m·K)、抗压强度:0.25 MPa、抗拉强度:0.1 MPa;从材料性能上解决了传统的水泥发泡保温板密度偏高、保温效果较差、抗压强度低的缺点,同时,较高的抗拉强度与优异的防火性能,赋予了外墙保温材料不但具有良好的耐久性,而且完全杜绝了火灾隐患。
Based on composite mechanism of hydration of cement ,using superfine Portland cement complex high strength fast setting high belite sulphoaluminate cement 82.5 to form the composite cement, combined with modification of basalt fiber, though the chemical foaming method form of ultra-light composite cement foam insulation board, dry density is 120 kg/m^3, coefficient of thermal conductivity is 0.048 W/( m· K), compressive strength is 0.25 MPa, tensile strength is 0.1 MPa.Address the material properties of the traditional cement foam in sulation board density high, poor insulation, low compressive strength weakness, meanwhile, high tensile strength and excellent fire performance, given the durability of exterior wall thermal insulation material is excellent, and completely eliminate the fire hazard.
