摘要
为了研究再生混凝土掺聚苯颗粒空心砌块的性能,开展了不同配合比下的再生混凝土掺聚苯颗粒空心砌块物理力学性能试验研究。研究结果表明:掺入聚苯颗粒可显著降低再生混凝土掺聚苯颗粒空心砌块的块体密度,有利于减轻墙体自重;再生混凝土掺聚苯颗粒空心砌块强度等级在MU3.5以上,满足非承重墙体砌块的要求。掺入聚苯颗粒及再生骨料,聚苯颗粒混凝土试件的导热系数有大幅的降低,可以达到较好的保温隔热效果。根据试验结果给出了优化的再生混凝土掺聚苯颗粒的材料配合比。
In order to study the properties of recycled concrete mixed with polystyrene particles hollow block.Experimental study on the physical and mechanical properties of recycled concrete mixed with polystyrene particles hollow block with different mix ratio was investi- gated.The results show that mixed with polystyrene particles may significantly reduce the bulk density of polystyrene hollow particles blocks, so that it can help to reduce the weight of the wall; the strength grade of the block of the polystyrene hollow particles is more than MU3.5, it meets the requirements of the non-load bearing walls.Mixed with the polystyrene particles and the recycled aggregate, the ther- mal conductivity of the polystyrene concrete specimens is substantially reduced, it can achieve a better thermal affection.According to the experimental results, the optimized mix ratio of the recycled concrete mixed with polystyrene material was given.
