摘要
高职院校在经历了大扩招、大建设,进入全面质量大提高的新常态下,必须强化学校师资队伍建设,树立优化意识,选择优化路径,实现学校教师队伍发展工作的优化。通过教师发展意识的催化、教师发展视野的拓展、教师发展途径的开辟、教师发展条件的创造、教师发展诉求的认同、教师发展成果的考量与激励、教师发展适宜社会生态的营造,提升师资队伍的质量水平,增强学校事业发展的核心竞争力。
After enrollment expansion and large-scale construction, the higher vocational colleges enter a"new normal"period of comprehensive upgrading quality. Therefore, these colleges must enhance the construction of teaching staff, set up optimized awareness and choose optimal methods to realize the optimization of teaching staff. That is to say, by way of catalyzing teacher's development awareness, expanding teachers' vision, opening a new way for teachers' development, creating a good condition for teacher development, identifying teacher development demands, examining and encouraging the results of teacher development, creating a favorable social ecology for teacher development, we can promote the quality of teaching staff, and enhance the core competitiveness of colleges development.
