Breast cancer is a malignant tumor which causes serious damage to women＇s health, and its primary prevention attracts more and more attention. In recent years, people pay more and more attention to the unique advantages of general practitioners in the community. This paper discusses the advantages of abilities, roles, responsibilities and relationships between general practitioner and specialist and the primary prevention strategies from the point of view of general medical intervention, community health education propaganda and the application prospect of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technologiesin breast cancer,.and further reduce the incidence of breast cancer.
