药学硕士专业学位研究生培养模式的思考

药学硕士专业学位研究生是培养药物技术转化、生产、流通、使用、监管等应用领域的高层次、应用型药学专门人才,与学术学位研究生有着本质区分,其培养质量水平的高低直接影响着医药学的发展和进步。本文深入分析了药学硕士专业学位目前的招生对象、培养时间、课程设计、培养模式及毕业要求;指出药学硕士专业学位研究生与学术学位研究生无本质区别、缺乏社会认同感及实际工作能力差的普遍问题;提出要制订细致的培养计划和目标、建立实践基地和选拔专业学位导师、加强管理和轮转及继续教育衔接等改进措施。培养合格的药学专业硕士,为药学的发展培养真正高水平的人才提供质量保证。

The graduate students of professional master of pharmacy （M. Pharm） are cultivated as high-level applied talents of pharmaceutical industry such as drug technology transformation, production, distribution, circulate, use, supervision, and etc. Professional M. Pharm is different from the academic M. Pharm, The training quality of professional M. Pharm directly affects the development and progress of medicine. This paper analyzes the enrollment target, training time, curriculum design, training mode and graduation requirements of professional M. Pharm, points out some common problems such as trainings for professional M. Pharm and academic M. Pharm are similar, graduated students of professional M. Pharm are lack of social identity and actual work ability, and put forward good strategies of developing detailed training plan, establishing practice place, selecting the supervisors of professional M. Pharm, and strengthening management, rotation and continuing education to solve these problems. Qualified graduated students of professional M. Pharm are the guarantee for cultivating high-level pharmaceutical talents to promote the development of pharmacy.
