甲状腺乳头状癌nm23H1和VEGF的表达及其意义

Expressions and Significance of nm23H1 and VEGF in Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma

目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)nm23H1和VEGF表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化染色EliVisionTMplus两步法检测164例PTC癌组织和30例癌旁甲状腺组织中nm23H1和VEGF的表达状况。结果癌组织nm23H1总体阳性表达率(57.3%)显著低于癌旁组织(93.3%)(P<0.05),有浸润和有淋巴结转移者阳性表达率显著低于无浸润和无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05);癌组织VEGF总体阳性表达率(59.8%)显著高于癌旁组织(13.3%)(P<0.05),有浸润和有淋巴结转移者阳性表达率显著高于无浸润和无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05);癌组织nm23H1和VEGF表达呈负相关(r=-0.47)。结论 nm23H1和VEGF表达与PTC浸润转移相关,联合检测对判断预后有一定意义。

Objective To investigate the expressions of nm23H1 and VEGF in papillary thyroid carcinoma（PTC）and their clinical significance.Methods The expressions of nm23H1 and VEGF in 164 cases of PTC and 30 cases of para-tumorous tissue were studied by EliVision plus two-step immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate of nm23H1（57.3%）in PTC was significantly lower than that in para-tumorous tissue（93.3%）（P〈0.05）.The positive rate of nm23H1 in the patients with tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis was significantly lower than that without tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis（P〈0.05）.The positive rate of VEGF（59.8%）in PTC was significantly higher than that in para-tumorous tissue（13.3%）（P〈0.05）.The positive rate of VEGF in the patients with tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis was significantly higher than that without tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis（P〈0.05）.There was a negative correlation between nm23H1 and VEGF expression（r=-0.47）.Conclusion Expressions of nm23H1 and VEGF might be correlated with the invasive and metastasic potential in PTC.nm23H1 and VEGF could be considered as prognostic indicators for PTC.
