CO_2激光联合胸腺五肽治疗尖锐湿疣疗效分析

CO_2 Laser Combined with Thymus Peptide in Treatment of Condyloma

目的探讨尖锐湿疣患者感染HPV常见类型(高危型和低危型)及CO2激光联合胸腺五肽治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法对78例尖锐湿疣患者行人乳头瘤病毒核酸检测,随机分为联合治疗组和单一治疗组,均采用CO2激光治疗,联合治疗组同时肌肉注射胸腺五肽。结果单一治疗组复发率为53.85%,联合治疗组的复发率为12.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CO2激光联合胸腺五肽治疗尖锐湿临床疗效好。

Objective To discuss the common types of HPV infection（high-risk and low-risk）and the clinical efficacy of CO2 laser combined with thymus peptide in the treatment of condyloma.MethodsThe 78 cases of condyloma acuminatum were performed human papilloma virus nucleic acid detection.78 cases of patients were randomized into combined treatment combination group and monotherapy group and two groups underwent CO2 laser treatment.Combined treatment group had intramuscular injection of thymopentin.Results The recurrence rates of the single treatment group and combined treatment group were 53.85% and 12.82%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion The type of HPV infection in patients with condyloma were mainly low risk type.The method of CO2 laser combined with thymus peptide in the treatment of condyloma has better clinical effect.
