摘要
骨缺损修复的移植物按其来源,可分为自体骨、同种异体骨、异种骨等,均存在自身的局限性。组织工程技术有望产生和人体骨类似的骨组织,解决目前骨缺损治疗的局限性。我们针对骨组织工程,就其临床研究进展以及亟待解决的问题进行综述。
[Summary] The graft for repairing bone grafts can be categorized as autografts, allografts, and xenografts. However, each type of donor tissue comes with its own set of limitations. Tissue engineering strategies have been applied as promising alternatives to produce bone constructs that mimic the structure of natural bone and solve the limitations of bone defect treatment. In this paper, the research progress of bone tissue engineering was reviewed, and the limitations of current bone tissue approaches were discussed.
