高血压伴高尿酸血症的研究进展 被引量:22

摘要 高血压与高尿酸是心血管病的两个危险因素。研究表明,高血压与高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)相互影响、相互作用。两者并存时,其冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)、心力衰竭、肾功能不全等靶器官损害风险较血尿酸正常的高血压患者明显升高。
