起源于胃壁的异位胰腺癌 被引量：1

Ectopic pancreatic cancer in the gastric wall

摘要 异位胰腺癌是指在正常胰腺解剖部位以外的孤立胰腺组织发生恶变的肿瘤。异位胰腺发生率非常低，发生恶变的情况更为罕见。国内外文献均以个案报道为主，确诊率低。本文回顾性分析1例胃壁异位胰腺癌合并升结肠癌患者的临床资料，探讨该病的诊断和治疗方法。
