摘要
通过对实验室开炼机加料装置的设计,包括对加料盒、横梁、锁扣及抓手等的设计,解决了实验室多种橡胶配合剂的加料混炼;该装置可形成一个局部封闭的空间,能使片状(或粒状)塑料、粒状(或脆性)小料受到开炼机辊筒间的挤压、剪切作用时不会飞溅出加料盒,减少物料的损耗和污染;同时还能有效阻止物料加工过程中产生粉尘、气味的扩散,降低环境污染,减少职业病发生的几率;便于操作者近距离地观察物料的吃料过程,设备结构简单,操作方便。
Through the design of the laboratory open mill feeding device, including the design of the feeding box, beam, locking and starting point, solved the feed mixing on a variety of rubber ingredients in the laboratory, the device can form a partially enclosed space, by extrusion and shear action between the open mill roller, the sheet(or granular) plastics, granular(or brittle) small materials will not splash out the feeding box, reduce material loss and pollution, to effectively prevent the spread of dust and odor during materials processing simultaneously, reduce environmental pollutionand the incidence of occupational diseases, the feeding process of the material can be conveniently observed by the operator, the device has simple structure and convenient operation.
