江苏沿海低山丘陵区水土流失发展态势与对策研究

摘要 丘陵山区生态环境比较脆弱,南北过渡气候、高密度人口、浅薄的土壤等特殊的侵蚀环境特征造成了水土流失形式的多样化,沿海的低山丘陵区是沿海水土流失的典型区域,也是水土流失比较严重的区域。随着江苏沿海大开发战略的实施,快速的城镇化发展以及土地利用格局的剧烈变化,人类不合理的经济活动,必将引起负面水土流失效应。本文以沿海丘陵山区典型河流年输沙量为研究对象,分析了15年来输沙量的变化趋势,引起这种趋势的人为原因等,并有针对性的提出了对策,以期为沿海丘陵山区的经济社会生态的可持续发展提供参考。 Soil erosion is the number one environmental problem in china, The ecological environment is fragile in Hilly area, The special features of the climate, the high density population, the shallow soil and so on, The low mountain and hilly area is the typical area of soil and water loss, It is also a serious area of soil erosion. Along with the implementation of the Jiangsu coastal development strategy, negative soil erosion effect will be induced by rapid development of urbanization, dramatic changes in land use patterns and irrational human economic activities. In this paper, the annual sediment load of the typical river in the coastal hilly and mountainous areas is studied. The change trend of sediment transport volume in 15 years and the artificial cause of the trend are analyzed. In order to provide a reference for the sustainable development of the economic and social ecology in the coastal hills and mountains, countermeasures are put forward.
