摘要
本文分析了泗洪站主机泵二期混凝土施工的难点,从组织措施、技术措施和监控措施方面总结了施工过程中采取的主要措施,具体包括方案编制、材料选择、配合比设计、接合面处理、接合面设置SM水膨胀密封胶、接缝处嵌填环氧砂浆、进出水流道内贴玻璃丝步、两种不同性质混凝土间设置隔离、混凝土后期养护及施工过程监控等,并进行了施工效果验证,证明了复杂条件下的二期混凝土的施工质量能够得到很好保证,为类似工程二期混凝土施工质量管理提供借鉴和参考。
The difficulties of the second-stage concrete construction at Sihong pump station are analyzed. The main measures taken in the construction process from the aspect of organization, technology and monitoring are summarized, including planning, material selection, mix design, surface treatment, surface bonding joint with SM water expansion sealant, filling epoxy mortar in the joint block, sticking glass wool cloth inside the water channel, setting isolation between different concrete, concrete curing and construction process monitoring. The test results of the construction show that the construction quality of the second-stage concrete under complex conditions can be well guaranteed, which can provide the reference for second-stage concrete construction quality management.
