摘要
以合理调整洪泽湖的湖容量,实现洪水资源化为目标背景,应用分维计算来定量划分确定洪水分期。基于淮河流域多年降水以及洪泽湖多年入湖流量统计资料,通过理论分析、统计计算、规律总结进行阶段的划分,分别采用经验统计分期方法和分形理论计算法,综合洪泽湖实际调度情况,提出阶段划分方案。
For the reasonable adjustment of the Hongze lake capacity and implement of flood water utilization,flood stage is quantifiably divided by fractal theory. Based on the analysis of long series of rainfall and inflow discharge statistical information for many years, stage is divided by theoretical analysis,statistical calculation,and law summary. Stage division method is put forward by empirical statistical method and calculation method of fractal theory with the comprehensive scheduling situation of Hongze Lake.
