摘要
针对防汛抗旱与经济发展双重压力,从退渔还湖的必要性、可行性以及资金投入等方面,提出了句容市泗庄湖退渔还湖规划设想,积极探索防汛抗旱与经济发展的新途径。
According to the double pressures of flood control,drought relief and economic development,idea about returning fish to lake plan of Si Zhuang lake in Jurong is put forward from necessity,feasibility and fund investment of returning fish to lake. A new way of flood control,drought relief and economic development is actively explored.
