摘要
采用熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸/聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PLA/PHA)复合材料,研究了PHA用量对PLA/PHA复合材料结晶性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:PLA/PHA复合材料在熔融过程中出现双重熔融峰,且熔融峰随PHA用量的增加逐渐向高温方向移动;随着PHA用量的增加,PLA/PHA复合材料的结晶度逐渐下降,而其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等均得到提高,但PHA用量过多时,复合材料的力学性能急剧下降。
Polylactic acid/Polyhydroxyalkanoate(PLA/PHA)composites were prepared by melt blending method. The effects of PHA content on crystallization and mechanical properties of the PLA/PHA composites were studied. The results show that: double melting peaks exist in PLA/PHA composites during the heating process, and with the increase of PHA content, the crystallinity of PLA/PHA composites decreases, but the tensile strength and the elongation at break of the PLA/PHA composites increase gradually. However, the mechanical properties of the composites decrease sharply when the amount of PHA is too much.
