本文主要对湖南醴陵的"湖南瓷业学堂"和江西景德镇的"中国陶业学堂"在创办初期的时代背景,政府态度,办学思想、宗旨、模式、校址选择、师资来源等方面进行对比研究,并结合两者办学的历程,探析行业学校办学应具备的必要条件和需要规避的风险。

The article mainly analyses the founding of the Hunan Porcelain industry school and China ceramic school, from their founding background in the early time, the thought of the founding members, the government support, the formulation of the school＇s mission, the model, the location of the schools and the sources of teachers, etc. Thus, by combining both schools＇ the course of running to explore and analyze the necessary conditions and the risks which need to avoid during the founding of an industrial school.
