OA环境下高校图书馆期刊资源利用与建设

Utilization and Construction of Periodical Resource in College Library under the Circumstance of OA

在当今社会中,读者具有了多样化的需求,致使期刊品种不断增加且价格日益昂贵,这对高校图书馆的文献资源建设带来了很大的冲击。因此,在加强传统期刊资源建设的基础上,为增强高校文献信息保障能力,高校图书馆要加强OA资源建设,充分利用OA期刊资源,为高校师生读者提供丰富的期刊文献信息。本文主要针对高校图书馆电子资源利用现状,以及高校图书馆OA期刊资源建设提升路径进行分析与探讨。

Nowadays, the diversified demands of readers and the increasing periodical varieties and the higher periodical price have brought a huge strike to the construction of periodical resource in college library. Therefore, based on strengthening traditional periodical resource construction, college library should also enhance OA resource construction and make the full use of OA periodical resource to ensure the literature information support ability and provide extensive information of periodical literature for teachers and students. This paper mainly analyzing the status of college library＇s e-resource utilization, and discussed the construction route of college library＇s OA periodical resource.
