随着社会的不断发展,人们对公共文化服务的需求也不断变化。因此,需要设计更合理、更有效的公共文化服务手段,为体系的建设提供支持。本文讨论了公共文化服务体系的建设基础和相关的建设特点,系统的分析了公共文化服务体系在建设中所遵循的原则,通过理清脉络,从强化文化观念、引导文化价值取向、塑造文化政治认同三方面总结公共文化服务体系的构建方案。

With the continuous development of society, people＇s demand in public culture service has been changing. So it needs to design a more reasonable and effective means of public culture service to provide support for the construction of this system. This paper discussed the construction of public culture service system and related construction characteristics, and analyzed the followed construction principles, and summarized the construction scheme from three aspects, including strengthening the cultural concept, guiding the cultural value orientation and shaping the cultural and political identity.
