摘要
翻转课堂中,教师教学方式和学生学习方式改变较大,这对教师教学设计及管理水平和对学生自学能力提出了更高的要求。本文通过分析高等农业院校翻转课堂存在的共性问题,提出提高教师综合素质、完善学习监测和反馈机制、转变学生考核方式、推进网络平台建设等建议,希望在高等农业院校翻转课堂教学中提供有益参考。
The educational method of teachers and the learning style of students have changed a lot in the flipped classroom, which brings a higher demand for the instructional design, management ability of teachers and the self-teaching capacity of students. Some proposals were raised by analyzing the common problems of flipped classroom in the agricultural colleges, including enhancing teachers' comprehensive ability, improving the mechanisms of learning monitoring and feedback, transforming the examination system and promoting the construction of network platform, so as to provide an useful reference for the flipped classroom mode in the agricultural colleges.
