学校发展中最重要的因素是师资,专业教师是职业学校发展的主力军。如何促进青年教师的专业成长成为各个职业院校亟待解决的问题之一。本文从青年教师的专业成长需要出发,探索在微课时代提升职业院校青年教师专业能力的新途径。

The most important factor in the development of school is the faculty. Professional teachers are the main force in the development of vocational colleges. How to promote the professional growth, of young teachers has become one of the urgent problems. Starting from the professional development needs of young teachers, this paper explored the new way to promote young teachers＇ professional ability in vocational colleges in the era of micro course.
