大学生职业成熟度的特点及影响的因素研究

Research on the Characteristics and Influence Factors of Professional Maturity of College Students

为了解大学生职业成熟度的现状,进一步探讨大学生职业成熟度特点及影响因素,文章采用凌文辁等人编制的《职业价值观问卷》和张智勇修订的《大学生职业成熟度量表》对山西省高校400名大学生进行问卷调查。统计结果表明:(1)大学生的总体职业成熟度和职业成熟度各因子的水平均一般,其中以职业价值最低;(2)大学生职业成熟度在是否兼职上存在差异,兼职过的学生比未兼职过的学生职业成熟度高,但是不显著;(3)大学生职业成熟度在家庭收入上存在显著差异,家庭收入越高的学生职业成熟度越高;(4)大学生职业价值观对职业成熟度有很好的预测效果。

In order to study the situation of college students′ professional maturity, and further explore the characteristics and influence factors of professional maturity of college students, the study using the questionnaire of professional values, which are compiled by Ling Wenquan and others, as well as the＂Vocational Maturity Scale of College Students＂of Zhang Zhiyong, did a questionnaire to400 college students in Shanxi province. The results showed：（1） The whole professional maturity and the factors of professional maturity of college students are general, among them the lowest level is professional values;（2） There exist differences in professional maturity whether students had part-time job or not. The students who had experiences of part-time job have a higher level, but not significant;（3） There is a significant difference of college students＇ professional maturity because of different family income levels, the higher family incomes the higher the students＇ professional maturity will be;（4）College students＇ professional values have a good effect for measuring college students＇ professional maturity.
