摘要
中小学学生的心理健康教育日益凸显迫切性和重要性,甄选和培训优秀的心理健康教育教师成为关键问题,但目前欠发达地区培养心理教师师资存在优良师资欠缺、培训费用有限等问题。文章通过行为事件访谈法采集有效的胜任特征数据,建构出甘肃省中小学心理教师的胜任力模型,并依此设计中小学心理教师大型开放式网络课程(MOOC)培训系统,力图通过"互联网+教育"培训模式有效提高中小学心理教师的胜任力,促进校区心理建设。
The psychological health education of primary and secondary school students is becoming more and more urgent and important, and training of excellent mental health education teachers become the key issues. But the teachers of developing area are lack of training. "Internet plus education" mode will solve the bottle neck, MOOC training system of competency model will effectively solve this problem. The study acquire competency data effectively by BEI(behavioral event interview), construct the competency model of teachers' psychological schools in Gansu province. According to the design of MOOC training system of school psychology teacher,tries to train and improve psychological competence of the primary and middle school psychological teachers' by "Internet plus education", promote campus psychological construction and the construction of harmonious campus.
