摘要
大学生的就业问题已然成为评估高校优劣的分水岭。近年来随着我国社会经济结构的变化、高校的不断扩招以及高校的人才培养与社会人才需求之间的差异,大学生的就业问题越发凸显出来,由就业压力导致的大学生就业心理问题也日益严重。文章阐述了大学生就业心理现状,分析了就业心理问题产生的原因,探究解决就业心理问题的途径,旨在提高大学生心理素质,促进大学生顺利就业。
The employment of college students has already developed into the watershed of quality assessment of colleges. In re-cent years, the change of China's social and economic structure, the colleges' continuous enrollment and differences between collegepersonnel training and personnel needs of society, highlight the employment problem of college students. And college Students' psycho-logical problems caused by the employment pressure are increasingly serious. This paper, revealing the college students' employmentpsychology, analyzes the causes of their employment psychological problems and raises solutions from four dimensions. It is aimed toimprove the psychological quality of college students and promote the employment of college students.
