摘要
绝热用挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板在多年冻土地区工程中已得到广泛应用,但对于在盐渍土地区工程中使用保温材料的应用研究相对较少。为解决硫酸盐渍土路基随季节气温变化产生盐胀进而导致道路破坏的问题,依托阿拉尔市虹桥路延伸段工程,设立保温板处治的硫酸盐渍土路基试验段。为进一步掌握保温板对路基的保温效果,对试验路段进行了长期温度监测。监测结果表明:在冬季最不利季节下保温板能起到很好的保温作用;上路床及结构层的温度大于0℃,且明显地高于普通路段;此种保温板路基在一定程度上能抑制盐胀的发生。最后采用数理统计方法分析了试验路段路基在不同季节下温度与深度之间的关系,建立了温度与深度之间的数学模型,为进一步利用保温板处治硫酸盐渍土路基提供科学依据。
Rigid extruded polystyrene foam boards for thermal insulation(XPS) had been widely applied in permafrost regions, but the applied research of thermal insulation materials applied in saline soil was relatively less. To solve the problems of road damage pro- duced sulphate saline soil subgrade salt expansion from temperature variation with the seasons, built the test sections of sulphate saline soil subgrade treated by insulation boards based on the engineering of Hong Qiao road extension project. Monitor temperature of test section for a lone time in order to know ulteriorly the insulation effect of insulation boards for subgrade. Results showed that insulation boards had rather good insulation effect in the worst season of winter. The temperature of road bed and layer structer was higher than or- dinary sections, and greater than 0℃. The insulation boards subgrade could prevent subgrade from salt expansion to a certain degree. Finally analyzed the relationship between temperature and depth of test sections subgrade by the method of mathematical statistics in dif- ferent seasons, and set up the mathematical model. This provided a scientific basis by further using of insulation boards to treat sul- phate saline soil subgrade.
