紧邻天山团场山洪预防治工程体系的建设思考

Construction of Prevention Project System Close to the Farms of Tianshan Mountain Torrent

针对团场处于天山山前冲积扇下缘,地势陡峻,植被稀少,沟床纵坡大,每年夏季频降暴雨引发山洪并诱发泥石流等灾害,山洪灾害多年来给团场的安全生产和人民生活带来了极大威胁,使团场灌区蒙受着巨大的经济损失。面对洪灾危害,团场采取了形式多样的山洪预防治工程,积累了不少丰富成功经验和教训。为此,本文对团场的山洪预防治建设情况进行分析,建立了紧邻团场天山山洪预防治工程体系,归纳总结的思考与布局以资其他团场和地方参考。

Aiming at the farms locate in the lower edge of Tianshan alluvial area, steep terrain, sparse vegetation, large longitudinal slope gully bed, the frequency of heavy rains induce floods and landslides and other disasters in the summer, the floods threaten the safe production and people living, that makes the farms suffered huge economic losses. Faced with flood hazards, the farms take vari- ous forms of flood prevention projects and accumulate a lot of successful experiences and lessons. For this reason, we analysis on the floods prevention project, establish the prevention project system, summarize the thinking and layout to provide some references for the other farms.
