安徽省科技创新能力发展现状、问题与机遇

Present Situation,Problems and Opportunities of the Development of Science and Technology Innovation Ability in Anhui Province

通过分析安徽省科技体制机制改革、科技创新综合能力、区域创新体系以及创新创业环境等发展现状,发现安徽省在科技创新发展过程中存在产业创新基础不强、科技成果转化不力、科技资源共享不多等问题,指出安徽省应该抓住新一轮产业革命、国家创新战略以及创新政策带来的历史机遇,提升科技创新能力,促进安徽实现"三个强省"战略。创新已成为一个国家经济转型发展的内生动力,而科技创新能力是建设创新型国家的关键。

It analyzed the mechanism of science and technology system reform and innovation of science and technology comprehensive ability,regional innovation system and innovation entrepreneurship development present situation in Anhui province in the paper,and found that the industry innovation in Anhui province in the process of developing the science and technology innovation base is not strong,lack of transformation of scientific and technological achievements,science and technology resource sharing is not much,then pointed out that the Anhui province should seize the new round of industrial revolution,the national innovation strategy and innovation policy which bring historic opportunity,promote scientific and technological innovation ability,and promote Anhui realize ＂ three strong province＂ strategy. Innovation has become a national economic transformation in the development of endogenous power,science and technology innovation ability is the key to build an innovation-oriented country.
