全球背景下创新型大学人才培育与路径选择

创新型大学是时代发展与进步的必然要求,反映了新时期教育理念、教育体制、教学模式等方面的改革诉求,更集中体现了现代高等教育的价值取向。文章认为全球背景下创新型大学的根本乃人才创新,指出了创新型人才三个方面的重要特质:具有强烈的创新精神与创新愿望、具备坚韧的创新意志与拼搏精神、牢固掌握科学知识以及专业技能。全球背景下的人才创新需要重点解决四个方面的关键问题,包括观念问题、体制问题、培育问题和评判问题。人才环境主要包括硬环境和软环境,人才硬环境是创新人才的重要支撑,人才软环境是创新人才的核心动力,二者相互联系且相辅相成。

The innovative university is an inevitable demand of the development and progress of the times, which reflects the reform demands of educational idea, educational system, and teaching model in this new era, and particularly embodies the value orientation of modern higher education. This paper points out that the root of an innovative university is talent innovation in the context of globalization, and creative talent is characterized with strong innovative spirit and desire, tough innovative mind and fighting spirit, and solid scientific knowledge and professional skills. Facing the globalization, it is necessary to focus on resolving four key issues, including perception, system, cultivation,and evaluation. Talent environment is mainly composed of hard environment, which is the key support, and soft environment, which is the core power, and they are interrelated and complement each other.
