大学生感恩意识的现状调查研究

调查当代大学生的感恩意识现状,并提出有效的感恩干预方式。采用GRAT感恩量表对219名高校大学生的感恩意识进行测试,对大学生的性别、是否非独生、专业、年级进行分析,数据显示:(1)大学生的感恩意识处于中等偏下水平;(2)女生的感恩意识高于男生;(3)独生子女与非独生子女的感恩意识不存在差异;(4)文科生的感恩意识比理科生高;(5)在感恩他人维度上,大四学生的感恩意识高于大一,在富足感上,大一学生的感恩意识大于大四的。

This paper studied current situation of gratitude consciousness of contemporary college students and put forward effective ways to strengthen their gratitude consciousness. This research adopted the GRAT gratitude scale to test the gratitude consciousness of 219 college students, and made analysis to each student’ gender, major, grade and whether he or she belongs to only child. Data showed that：（1） the gratitude consciousness of the college students was in middle level;（2） girls had a higher level of gratitude consciousness than boys;（3） there is no difference in gratitude consciousness between only child and non-only child;（4） students majored in arts had a higher level of gratitude consciousness than those majored in science;（5） seniors students had a higher level of gratitude consciousness than freshmen in terms of showing gratitude to others, while, freshmen had a higher level of gratitude consciousness than seniors students in terms of sense of satisfaction.
