摘要
彼得·圣吉认为以系统思考为核心的五项修炼可以塑造为学习型组织,而学习型组织理论为现代大学的组织变革提供了一种改革思路。通过对学习型组织的深层探析,发现适用于企业的学习型组织理论与大学组织理论具有极高的契合度,大学才是原生态的学习型组织。现代大学的未来走向,可以尝试基于学习型组织的理论来重塑大学,基于大学继而重构学科,将现代大学变革为真正的学习型大学。
Peter M. Senge believes that the learning organization can be shaped by Five Disciplines based on the core of Systems Thinking. Therefore, Senge’s theory of learning organization provides a reform thinking for organizational reform in the modern university. Based on the deep analysis of the learning organization, I examine the theory of learning organization which is suitable for the enterprise has a high fit with the university organizational theory, and the university is a learning organization originally. As to the future of the modern university, we can try to reshape the modern university to be the real learning university based on the theory of learning organization, and then reconstruct disciplines based on the university.
