基于智慧酒店时代的酒店管理专业中高职衔接的课程体系探索

酒店管理专业中高职衔接的课程体系建构是在行业分析的基础上,总结智慧酒店对人才的要求,坚持以人为本的原则,将学生的自由与全面发展作为实施中高职衔接人才培养的立足点,基于工作过程导向和终身学习理念开发课程体系,基于智慧酒店的新要求改革课程教学内容,把职业素养的培养与个性化教育有机融合到各类课堂教学中。

On the basis of industry analysis, the curriculum system connected the secondary and higher vocational education summarizes the requirements for talents of smart hotels. By adhering to the ＂people-oriented＂ concept, it takes the free and all-around development of students as the foothold of cultivating talents in the connection between secondary and higher vocational education. It also organically integrates the cultivation of professional quality and personalized education into various classroom teachings based on the ＂process-oriented＂ and ＂life-long learning＂ course development system as well as the teaching reform required by smart hotels.
