浅析高等职业学院大学生的多元化培养模式

大学生群体是最具有生机与活力的群体,高等职业学院大学生同普通高校大学生一样具有较高的专业理论素养和知识体系。文章以高职类大学生为研究对象,对他们的思想、文化、心理特点展开分析,提出以多元化的培养模式为载体,从而为高职类院校的人才培养奠定坚实的基础。

College students are the most vigorous and energetic people. Higher vocational college students, just like the university students, are equipped with high-level professional theory quality and knowledge system. Taking higher vocational college students as research objects, this paper analyzes the characteristics of their thoughts, culture and psychology, and puts forward to develop diversified modes as the carrier, so as to lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges.
