摘要
公办高职院校的人事聘用制度直接影响到教师的职业选择和发展方向,主要表现在对于教师发展和激励的导向作用。高职院校应该在顺应我国国情,建立起一个符合学校实际情况,与现代大学制度接轨的人事聘用制度。文章以杭州科技职业技术学院为例,通过研究高职院校聘用制度,提出一些有益的建议,为人事综合管理部门制定政策提供一定的参考。
Personnel recruitment systems of public higher vocational colleges directly influence on teachers’ career choices and development directions, for they play a guiding role in teachers’ development and motivation. Based on China’s national conditions, higher vocational colleges should establish personnel recruitment systems that are suitable for the practical situation of colleges themselves and connected with modern university systems. Taking Hangzhou Polytechnic as an example, the author puts forward some instructive suggestions in this thesis, by studying personnel recruitment systems of higher vocational colleges, to provide certain reference for personnel integrated management departments in making policies.
