摘要 本文采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)结合微波消解的方法,比较煅龙骨、煅牡蛎、生石膏、滑石、芒硝、代赭石、琥珀、瓦楞子等8种矿物类中药传统饮片和其配方颗粒中微量元素铅、铜、锰、镍、铬、锌、砷、锑、镉的含量。结果表明矿物类中药和其配方颗粒的微量元素含量存在一定差异。 in this paper, the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) combined with microwave digestion method, compared the calcined keel, calcined oyster, gypsum, talc, Glauber's salt, red ochre, amber, coneha Arcae etc. 8 kinds mineral traditional Chinese medicine Yinpian and dispensing granule of trace elements lead, copper, manganese, nickel, chromium, zinc, arsenic, antimony, cadmium content. The results showed that there were some differences in the trace elements of the mineral traditional Chinese medicine and its formula granule.
