能源互联网中综合需求侧响应的关键问题及展望 被引量:51

摘要 提高可再生能源利用比例以及能源的综合利用效率是未来能源系统发展的主要目标。随着各国能源结构转型的不断深入,传统能源网络的资源配置能力逐渐不能满足未来能源系统的发展需求,能够实现多类型能源互联融合的能源互联网概念被提出。在能源互联网背景下,分散化的能源市场和能源网络结构使得传统的电力需求侧响应(demand response,DR)将逐步向综合需求侧响应(integrated demand response,IDR)的方向发展。首先对IDR的基本概念及其在能源互联网中的作用进行阐述;其次,从IDR实施的关键技术、协同优化机制、市场运营机制以及综合效益评价4个方面分析了未来能源互联网中IDR的关键问题;最后,结合目前已有的研究成果和存在的问题,提出了推动IDR发展的相关建议。 Raising utilization ratio of renewable energy and improving comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy are main goals in future energy system. With energy structural transformation deepening in all countries, resource allocation capability of traditional energy network becomes gradually insufficient to meet future energy system's development needs. Based on this, energy internet is proposed to realize interconnection and fusion of multi-energy. On background of energy internet, decentralized energy market and energy network structure make traditional demand response(DR) gradually turn to development direction of integrated demand response(IDR). In this paper, firstly, IDR basic concept and IDR role playing in future energy internet was explained. Secondly, key technology, collaborative optimization mechanism, market operation mechanism and comprehensive benefit evaluation of IDR in future energy internet were analyzed. Finally, based on existing research results and problems, suggestions on promoting IDR development were put forward.
