兼顾供电能力和安全裕度的智能配电网协调运行优化方法 被引量:21

摘要 配电网的供电能力直接影响到其供电可靠性,而现有供电能力模型解均是资产效率最大化下的N?1安全临界值,未达到配电网实际运行所需满足的安全裕度要求,使得其在负荷波动等不确定因素影响下适应性较差。针对这一问题,提出一种兼顾供电能力和安全裕度的配电网协调运行优化方法。首先,基于配电网安全距离模型,定义了安全距离均值、安全距离均衡度和安全距离均衡比3个量化描述N?1安全裕度的指标。其次,将供电能力充盈度最小和安全距离均衡比最小作为目标函数,给出了相应的优化模型,并利用正态边界交点联合序列二次规划算法对模型加以求解。最后,通过算例仿真,与现有文献方法对比,给出了2个不同情景下的N-1安全裕度校验分析。结果表明,该方法协调优化了社会经济性和供电安全性,提高了配电网抵御负荷波动的能力,对调度运行人员具有指导意义。 Power supply reliability is directly influenced by total supply capability for distribution network, but solutions of total supply capability model is threshold of N-1 security from perspective of maximizing asset efficiency, not taking security margin demand to satisfy real operation into account, so it has poor adaptability under uncertainty factors such as load fluctuation. To solve this problem, a coordinated operation optimization method was proposed in this paper. Firstly, three indexes, i.e. average value, equilibrium degree and equilibrium ratio, were defined to describe N-1 security margin. Secondly, the optimal model, solved with normal boundary intersection algorithm integrated with sequential quadratic programming algorithm, was analyzed. Finally, the result was compared with old model and N-1 security margin analysis was performed for the two situations. Results show that the method realizes coordinated optimization of security and social economy, improving capacity of withstanding load fluctuation and helping dispatchers to supervise distribution system operation.
