补肾活血中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征导致排卵障碍性不孕的临床研究

Clinical Study of Using Bushen Huoxue Chinese Herbs in the Treatment of Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome Lead to Ovulation Dysfunction Infertility

目的：观察临床中补肾活血中药在多囊卵巢综合征导致排卵障碍性不孕治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取本院2012年1月至2013年12月间110例多囊卵巢综合征导致排卵障碍性不孕患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予补肾活血中药治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果：研究组妊娠率为60.0%,对照组妊娠率为30.9%,两组妊娠率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组排卵率为72.0%,对照组排卵率60.1%,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=5.147,P〈0.05）。研究组LH、FSH、T、INS、E2、PRL改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：临床中对于多囊卵巢综合征导致排卵障碍性不孕应用补肾活血中药治疗,效果显著,改善性激素水平,并提高排卵率和妊娠率,值得临床中应用。

Objective： To investigate the applied effect of using Bushen Huoxue Chinese herbs in the treatment of poly cystic ovary syndrome lead to ovulation dysfunction infertility. Methods： Selecting 110 cases of poly cystic ovary syndrome lead to adulatory disorder infertility patients of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 as the study objects,and the patients were divided into study group and controlled with random number table method,the controlled group received conventional therapy,and the study group received traditional Chinese medicine for treatment,clinical outcomes were observed between the groups. Results：The pregnancy rate of the study group was 60. 0%,the pregnancy rate of the controlled group was 30. 9%,the pregnancy rate data comparison between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The ovulation rate of the study group was 72. 0%,the controlled group was 60. 1%,the difference was statistically significant（ X2 = 5. 147,P〈0. 05）. The difference of LH,FSH,T,INS,E2,PRL data comparison between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： It has obvious effect of using Bushen Huoxue Chinese herbs in the treatment of poly cystic ovary syndrome lead to ovulation dysfunction infertility,can significantly improved levels of sex hormones,and improve ovulation and pregnancy rates,it is worth of clinical application.
