玉屏风散合当归四逆汤治疗寒冷型荨麻疹临床疗效分析

Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of Using Yupinfeng Powder and Danggui Sini Decoction in the Treatment of Cold Type Urticaria Patients

目的:观察玉屏风散合当归四逆汤治疗寒冷型荨麻疹的临床效果。方法:随机选取2011年6月至2014年3月经我院皮肤科诊断病治疗的寒冷型荨麻疹患者96例作为研究对象,分为治疗组和对照组各48例。治疗组给予口服玉屏风散合当归四逆汤,对照组给予口服氯雷他定片并外涂糠酸莫米松乳膏;分别记录两组患者治疗情况,以及治疗后随访复发情况,并比较。结果:治疗前两组患者症状严重程度评分以及中医症候评分均无统计学差异,治疗1周后评分均较治疗前降低,而治疗组降低的更为明显,具有组间差异性(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风散合当归四逆汤治疗寒冷型荨麻疹效果明显,值得推广。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of using Yupinfeng Powder and Danggui Sini Decoction in the treatment of cold type urticaria patients. Methods： 96 cases of cold type urticaria patients were selected as the research object from June 2011 to March 2014 of dermatological department of our hospital,Randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,48 cases in each group. The treatment group was orally given Yupinfeng Powder and Danggui Sini Decoction,the controlled group was orally given Loratadine Tablets and Mometasone Furoate Cream for external use; recording two group of patients,treatment,and follow-up of relapse after treatment,and compared. Results： Symptom severity score and TCM symptom score of the two groups before treatment had no statistical difference,scores of 1week after treatment was reduced,the treatment group decreased more obvious,has the difference between groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Using Yupinfeng Powder and Danggui Sini Decoction in the treatment of cold type urticaria has obvious effect. It＇s worth of promoting.
